Erin Nagle is an associate therapist specializing in mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (MCBT) to help clients manage life’s challenges and struggles and achieve personal goals for growth and well-being. She earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle in 2023. Erin uses an approach that integrates evidence-based techniques, often informed by neuroscience, to cultivate self-awareness, manage stress, and foster emotional resilience. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, eating disorders, PTSD, postpartum depression/early parenting, chronic pain conditions, family conflict, ADHD, neurodiversity, and LGBTQIA+ clients. She prioritizes providing gender-affirming and trauma-informed care. Erin is committed to guiding individuals through a process of self-discovery and personal growth, with a compassionate and holistic approach that empowers clients to achieve lasting, meaningful change in their lives.

Q: Do you provide in-person or online counseling?
A: All counseling sessions are conducted via a secure and easy-to-use telehealth platform (similar to Zoom or Skype). Established clients can also hold some sessions by telephone, if needed. I see clients through telehealth only, providing care to clients who live anywhere in Washington state.
Q: How long do appointments last?
A: Appointments are 50 minutes. This is the standard length of a counseling session. If you are interested in a longer session (75 minutes) please contact me regarding availability and pricing.
Q: How much do you charge for sessions? What is your cash rate?
A: I charge $125 per 50-minute session. Payment will be collected by Mindful Therapy Group, an administrative support service that I am partnered with.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: I require 24 hours notice of cancellation. An occasional exception may be made in the case of an emergency. I usually work with clients providing weekly sessions, with additional sessions added as needed.
